SHOPPING GUIDE : SUPER EDITION

Thank you for shopping at Super Edition. The following guide is for your shopping convenience.

Clicking an item will automatically take you to the page with a detailed description of the item. If you click "Add to Shopping Cart" located below the visual description of the item, it will be added to your Shopping Cart. At this stage, your order can be edited at any time.

Click "View Cart" at the top right hard side of the page to check the contents of your Shopping Cart.

Click "Proceed to Checkout" when you are ready to make your purchase.
Editing Quantity
Enter the number of items you wish to purchase in the "Quantity" column and click "Recalculate."
Deleting an Item From Your Order
Enter the number "0" in the "Quantity" column for an item and click "Recalculate."
Shopping for Other Items
Click "Continue Shopping" at the bottom of the page.

Enter the customer information necessary to make the purchase. In order to facilitate shopping, there are two input categories -- domestic and international -- from which to choose.

Select by clicking the category that applies to you and enter the necessary information, then click "Next."

Enter the shipping address. If the "Ship to" and "Ordered by" addresses are the same, click "Ship to customer address." Place a check next to either the domestic or international category. Enter the necessary information, then click "Next."

Note: For international orders, only an address within Japan may be designated as a separate shipping address.

Note : Payment by C.O.D. will not be accepted for orders with separate "ordered by" and "ship to" addresses.

Confirm the information you entered in Steps 1 to 4 above. If you find any errors, clicking "Go Back" will take you to the previous page where you can enter the correct information. If the information you entered is correct, click "Next."

Payment may be made by credit card, bank or postal transfer, or C.O.D.

Note : We accept only payment by credit card for international orders.

Note : Payment by C.O.D. will not be accepted for orders with separate "ordered by" and "ship to" addresses.

Your shopping session is complete once you have selected a payment method.

Delivery Time

For domestic delivery:
Approximately five business days after receipt of payment (approximately eight days for Hokkaido, Shikoku, Kyushu, Okinawa and remote Japanese islands).
Please note that delivery may be delayed due to weekends, holidays, inventory, etc.

For international delivery:
Approximately three weeks after receipt of payment.

Cancellations, Returns and Exchanges
If the merchandise you receive is damaged or is not what you ordered, contact us within three business days. We will pay the return shipping and exchange the merchandise.
If an exchange is not possible, return the merchandise (we will pay the return shipping) and we will give you a refund.
We cannot accept any cancellations, returns or exchanges that are not due to our error.
