| Delivery Time |
For domestic delivery: Approximately five business days after receipt of payment (approximately eight days for Hokkaido, Shikoku, Kyushu, Okinawa and remote Japanese islands). Please note that delivery may be delayed due to weekends, holidays, inventory, etc.
For international delivery: Approximately three weeks after receipt of payment.

| Cancellations, Returns and Exchanges |
If the merchandise you receive is damaged or is not what you ordered, contact us within three business days. We will pay the return shipping and exchange the merchandise.
If an exchange is not possible, return the merchandise (we will pay the return shipping) and we will give you a refund.
We cannot accept any cancellations, returns or exchanges that are not due to our error.
